Our Architectural and Engineering Design Team is composed of Engineering and Construction professionals with extensive experience in all types of commercial and industrial developments.

Samuel Jehrome Cruz, who heads our Architectural and Engineering Design Team,have a diversified experience in management and administration of engineering operations in the construction industry for various Electro-Mechanical Engineering works which includes High Rise Buildings, Commercial Centers, Industrial Plans, Roads and Bridges Projects.

Jehrome and our Design Team have vast experienced in AutoCAD, ADT, Revit Architecture, AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.

Each member of our Design Team have knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure, Autodesk 3D Studio Max Design (formerly Autodesk Viz), Navisworks, CAD duct and other 3D modeling software as well as MS Office Software.

1. Architectural Design, Detailing & Renderings

With years of experience, we are capable of developing and producing Architectural design drawings from conceptual designs to detailed design drawings based on the Designer's sketches and mark ups

We generate highly detailed and dimensionally accurate 3D models from design sketches and traditional 2D drawings. The models include the structural framing, facades, architectural layouts and finishes, mechanical and electrical systems and the construction equipment and temporary works. By utilizing 3D models, clients, contractors and designers may easily; • Evaluate and visualize alternative designs • Coordinate structures, building services and architectural elements • Resolve difficult geometric problems




2. Structural Design and Detailing

For Designers we develop and prepare structural engineering design drawings, design calculations and analysis based from Local and International Codes and Standards whereas for Contractors we develop and produce shop drawings (rebar arrangement) construction details, bar bending (cutting) schedules to conform to the technical requirements of the project.


3. Process Piping

Our piping team has been supporting the construction industry w/ quality levels & competitively price of Piping Design. We provide an output that will meet or exceed the expectations of our customers


With our Piping engineers technical expertise, capabilities & vast exposure in Mining, Refining, and Industrial Processing Plants in local and international industry, Medical facilities and railways depot we will assure an excellent service.

Material Take-Off

Quantification, Estimation and Material Selection. A fully detailed “Material List” is provided on each Isometric from fitting to fitting on individual Pipe Cut Length issued for Construction and Installation. Operation, Design, Test Pressure and Temperature conditions parameters are included.


P & ID

Mechanical Equipment, all Valves, Safety Devices include Directional Flow, Test Control Points such as Vents, Drains, Specil Fittings, Reducers, Pipe Schedule or Class, Interconnections of Input and Output Continuity are sufficiently developed with complete detailed Specifications




4. Spatial Coordination

Spatial Coordination of the Mechanical and Electrical Services and Systems within the building envelope and of Underground Utilities is specialist work requiring technical expertise, an ability to visualize services in their eventual 3D relationship and experience in minimizing interdisciplinary conflicts on site.

Spatial Constraints in ceiling voids, plant rooms and riser spaces require that the Mechanical and Electrical Systems (Building Services) be coordinated trade to trade and with the architectural and structural envelope of each development.

Underground Utilities similarly need proper planning to ensure installations can be constructed without interference.

From our Coordination work, Our experienced coordination Engineers and CAD staff ensure that before work commences on site, the Complete Combined Coordinated Services and Builder's Work Drawings are available to guide the construction, fabrication and installation works

Utilizing the latest 3D technology, our spatial coordination had never been the same…

We provide this service either as part of the design phase works or during the construction phase and as such we work either with the Clients' Consultants directly or with the General/Main Contractor of the project.

Our approach, producing these drawings as part of the main contract start up or during consultant design phase works, reduces lead-time on shop drawing preparation. By minimizing the risk of interdisciplinary conflicts on-site, costs are controlled and rework is virtually eliminated. Construction quality is significantly improved by ensuring the work can proceed "Doing it Right the First Time".





5. Building Information Modeling

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the process of generating and managing building data throughout its construction and its life cycle.

A three-dimensional, real-time, dynamic building modeling software is used to increase productivity in building design and construction.

The process produces the Building Information Model (also abbreviated BIM), which encompasses building geometry, spatial relationships, geographic information, and quantities and properties of building components.


Building Information Modeling is an innovative method to seamlessly bridge communication within the architecture, engineering and construction industries. With BIM, architects and engineers efficiently generate and exchange information, create digital representations of all stages of the building process and simulate real-world performance; streamlining workflow, increasing productivity and improving quality.

Scopes of work can be isolated and defined. Systems, assemblies, and sequences are able to be shown in a relative scale with the entire facility or group of facilities.
